IT Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who has hands-on experience managing end-to-end IT project delivery, from planning and execution to deployment and closure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

- Work with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies as per project requirements.

- Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth execution.

- Track project progress, manage risks, resolve dependencies, and ensure delivery quality.

- Understand the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and collaborate closely with engineering teams.

- Have a basic understanding of AI/GenAI concepts and their applications in IT projects.

- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Strong experience in IT project management and software/technology project delivery.

- Practical exposure to Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

- Good understanding of SDLC, technical teams, and end-to-end project execution.

- Basic knowledge of AI/GenAI and its use cases.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and delivery ownership skills.

Important:

This is a delivery-focused IT Project Manager role - not a PMO-only position. We need someone who has actually managed and delivered IT projects, rather than someone focused primarily on governance, reporting, and coordination.
