IT Project Manager

Salary: RM 9,500 – RM 12,000 per month

The Senior IT Project Manager is responsible for delivering assigned IT projects that support company business and technology priorities. The role manages multiple concurrent projects from initiation through implementation and operational handover, ensuring delivery against approved scope, schedules, budgets and acceptance criteria. Working closely with business owners, IT delivery squads, Platform Support and external vendors, the Senior IT Project Manager turns approved priorities into executable plans, resolves delivery issues and manages dependencies across projects. The role provides clear reporting and escalates decisions early, with recommendations on scope, cost, timing and resource implications. Assigned projects may include digital sales and onboarding, partner integrations, customer servicing and claims, customer communication platforms, automation, and cloud or data initiatives

Delivery experience in digital onboarding, policy servicing, claims, partner integrations, customer communication platforms or automation.- Experience coordinating cloud, data platform or enterprise system migration projects.- Familiarity with insurance operations and technology governance in a regulated environment.- Experience working with regional or Group technology teams and shared-service providers.- PMP, PRINCE2 or a relevant Agile certification.- Familiarity with IT service management and transition into operational support.
