IT Project / Operations Manager

Role Description:

Role & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather user requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and vendors to propose technical solutions and define relevant KPIs.
• Manage projects and changes to ensure solutions meet technical, functional, performance and business requirements.
• Manage operations, maintenance, compliance and renewal of IT systems to support the operations.
• Review and enhance business and IT processes as part of continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

· Demonstrated knowledge of Networking, System Administration and Cybersecurity.

· Experience in IT operations, infrastructure, systems management or project management.

· Demonstrated project management experience, including planning, coordination and stakeholder management.
