IT Project Support Officer

Salary: £30,000 - 30,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong project support background in IT hardware deployments and rollouts (infrastructure, telephony, etc.)
• Proactive and highly organized with excellent coordination skills
• Experience in planning and executing IT project delivery, including managing risk logs and budgets
• Ability to coordinate activities between teams and third-party suppliers
• Hands-on approach with a willingness to travel
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to see projects delivered successfully on the ground

Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of national IT rollout projects, including infrastructure upgrades, telephony deployments, and hardware installations
• Assist in planning and executing IT project delivery, managing risk logs and budgets
• Coordinate activities among teams and third-party suppliers
• Manage the delivery and tracking of IT hardware for the national rollout and deployment
• Provide technical and configuration support for telephony and hardware installations
