IT, QA Senior Manager
Seeking an experienced IT & Digital Manager to support global clinical development, safety, regulatory, and medical functions. This role partners with business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions, drive digital transformation, and enhance operational efficiency in a regulated environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Aligning IT initiatives with business strategy.
- Partnering with stakeholders to address business needs and compliance requirements.
- Managing IT projects and digital products within regulated frameworks.
- Driving process improvements through automation, cloud technologies, data analytics, and AI.
- Collaborating with global teams and facilitating meetings in English.
- Ensuring reliable IT operations and infrastructure.
- Applying appropriate project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).

Requirements:

- Experience in IT business analysis, project management, or product management.
- Knowledge of GxP regulations, compliance requirements, and computer system validation.
- Familiarity with software development, databases, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure.
- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
