Our internship program gives students a chance to meet new people, gain more experience, and learn from the best in the business! Our interns are treated like full-time Partners who work 40 hours a week during the 3-month summer program, are compensated, and based out of headquarters in Strongsville, Ohio.

An IT Quality Assurance Analyst Intern works closely with Information Technology Professionals in assisting the QA Testing team in creating and executing end-to-end test cases and documenting/reporting defects.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Review and analyze functional requirements to ensure understanding of individual deliverables.

  • Assist QA Testing team with developing test cases.

  • Execute test cases and validate results. Ensuring the validated deliverables meet functional requirements.

  • Document and report defects to the technical team and verify defect fixes.

  • Work with cross functional teams (QA Tester, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Application Development).

  • Assist troubleshooting issues.
