Summary

About the role
The QA engineer will be responsible for ensuring that business core system requirements are properly implemented and meet the expected quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Execute manual testing to verify that features function correctly and meet business requirements.
· Develop and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test data based on functional specifications and user flows.
· Identify, document, and track defects, and analyse root causes to support corrective and preventive actions.
· Collaborate with the QA team, Developers, Users, and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
· Verify that quality standards are met before production deployment.
· Maintain clear testing documentation and reports for tracking and audit purposes.
Qualifications and Experience
· Minimum 1 year of manual QA experience.
· Strong critical thinking skills, a drive for process improvement, and a sense of ownership.
· Ability to create test cases, test scenarios, and test reports (e.g., bug reports).
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
