We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in Belgrade. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent in the IT industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies to meet the hiring needs of the organization
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the hiring process
• Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in the applicant tracking system
• Participate in recruiting events and job fairs to promote the organization and attract top talent

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in IT recruiting
• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent in the IT industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools
