IT Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced technical recruiter with a strong background in the IT staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing technical positions while possessing good technical understanding and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
• Understand technical job requirements and screen candidates based on technical skills and experience.
• Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidate suitability for client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for technical roles.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-up.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Ensure timely delivery of candidates as per client requirements.
