IT Recruiter

Hiring: IT Recruiter – Argentina.

Location:
- Buenos Aires, Argentina.

We are looking for an IT Recruiter with strong experience in the IT recruitment process and excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment and hiring processes.
- Source and screen technical candidates.
- Understand IT requirements and identify suitable profiles.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment reports.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Good understanding of technical roles and IT skills.
- Strong sourcing and screening experience.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Buenos Aires.

Location: Remote - Tucumán, Buenos Aires, Argentina
