IT Recruiter

As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for various IT positions, ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent available. Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. You will also be involved in maintaining candidate databases and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and a keen eye for talent. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with candidates and team members regularly.
