The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment, with a focus on technical recruitment and contract staffing. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various IT positions, ensuring that we attract top talent to meet our clients' needs. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. - Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the organization. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding. - Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment to continuously improve our processes. Required Skills: - Proven experience in IT recruitment, particularly in technical roles. - Strong understanding of contract staffing and C2H (Contract to Hire) arrangements. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. - Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.
