IT Recruiter

You will contribute to a global recruitment initiative focused on building strong talent pipelines across multiple regions. You will collaborate with a distributed team of recruiters and hiring partners.

• Source and engage talent for the India, UK, US, and Germany using modern sourcing approaches
• Build and maintain pipelines across multiple skill areas
• Identify candidates through market mapping, AI tools, and automated sourcing workflows
• Conduct initial screening
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring partners to align sourcing priorities
• Support improvements to sourcing tools, processes, and workflows Requirements
• Experience sourcing talent in at least two regions among UK, US, and Europe
• Ability to manage international pipelines and adapt to regional expectations
• Experience using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and modern sourcing methodologies
• Experience sourcing IT profiles
