IT Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team at a reputed international BPO and IT company located in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end IT recruitment processes, ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent in the industry. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates through various platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals. You will be tasked with screening profiles and conducting initial HR discussions to assess candidate suitability. Additionally, you will coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Managing offers, salary negotiations, and joining formalities will also be key responsibilities of this role. To succeed in this position, you should have a solid background in IT recruitment, along with strong sourcing, screening, and communication skills. The ability to manage multiple requirements and closures efficiently is essential.
