IT Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team at a reputed international BPO and IT company located in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end IT recruitment processes, ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent in the industry. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates through various platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals. You will be tasked with screening profiles, conducting initial HR discussions, and coordinating interviews with potential candidates. Additionally, you will manage offers, salary negotiations, and the joining formalities to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end IT recruitment processes. - Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other relevant portals. - Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions to assess candidate suitability. - Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. - Manage offers, salary negotiations, and ensure all joining formalities are completed efficiently. Required Skills: - Proven experience in IT recruitment. - Strong sourcing, screening, and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements and closures effectively. This position operates on a UK shift schedule, and we are looking to fill 2 openings.
