• Full-stack IT recruiter, savvy in all recruitment stages- from candidates sourcing to closing the candidate and client management
• Have great networking within local IT community – architects, CTOs, tech leads, developers, etc
• Have proven record of personal closings of high level IT positions – being capable to make at least 3 closings per month
• At least 3 former clients of yours will send you flowers or box of chocolates when you start a new job (with us)
• Have great interpersonal skills- candidates, clients, and colleagues basically adore you
• Want to become one of the top IT recruiters in Ukraine within the next
• Speak good English
