IT Recruiter (Product Company)

We’re searching for an experienced IT Recruiter to join a fintech product company.

Responsibilities:
Full-cycle recruitment for IT positions (from sourcing to offer stage)
Active search and headhunting of candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels
Conducting initial screening interviews and evaluating technical and soft skills
Working closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy
Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines
Managing candidate data in the ATS system
Ensuring smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process

Requirements:
2+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
Good communication and negotiation skills
English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-driven environment
Proactive and self-organized approach
