Seeking an entry-level IT recruiter with 1-4 years of experience to support talent acquisition efforts in the IT sector.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified IT candidates to meet client hiring needs
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for various IT roles to ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand job requirements and deliver suitable candidate matches
- Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with candidates to provide updates and ensure a positive recruitment experience
