About the role:

Do you have a passion for technology, completed a degree in business or technology and are looking for your next career move.

Have you had experience in Pre-sales, Sales, Customer support in a technology company, and you are ready to work with clients looking for technology resources and join the recruitment industry?

We want to talk to you if you have the passion for Sales, IT Sales, Recruitment or experience in another customer focused industry.

The Opportunity:

In this role, you’ll own a portfolio of clients and candidates, build strong commercial relationships, and drive new business opportunities across the IT sector. No two days are the same, you’ll be problem-solving, networking, pitching, and partnering with some of the most exciting companies.

You will:

• Build and manage a pipeline of IT clients
• Manage relationships with technology hiring managers
• Understand technical requirements and match the right talent
• Present solutions that help clients scale their technology workforce
• Grow revenue through new and existing accounts
• Work closely with a high-performing team that loves what they do

You’ll be great in this role if you have:

• Experience in IT sales, Sales, Tech recruitment, or Account management
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A commercial mindset, love building relationships & driving business growth
• Curiosity about technology and how it impacts organisations
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
• Motivation to exceed targets and earn industry-leading commission
