About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented IT Project Specialist to join our IT team and support the delivery of technology initiatives across our fuel station network and head office operations.
This role is ideal for a professional who combines strong project coordination capabilities with a solid understanding of retail technologies and business processes. The successful candidate will be able to manage complex challenges, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and think strategically about future business and technology needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the delivery of Retail IT projects across fuel stations and head office operations.
• Lead and actively participate in IT and IT-related projects, ensuring successful delivery and business alignment.
• Assist in project risk management, change coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Maintain project documentation, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborate with external vendors, service providers, and international stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational improvements.
• Support the alignment of business requirements with technology solutions.
• Participate in operational and project meetings with retail and corporate stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of professional experience in Retail IT environment, project coordination, and execution.
• Retail IT experience is mandatory, preferably supporting multi-site retail operations.
• Strong understanding of retail business processes and the retail technology ecosystem.
• Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale), BOS (Back Office Systems), and payment systems is a significant advantage.
• Future-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate business needs, technology trends, and operational impacts.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Being able to work in an everyday changing environment.
• Driving license category B.
