ING Hubs Poland is seeking an IT Risk & Compliance Engineer to join our hybrid team in Poland. You will coordinate IT risk controls, manage evidence submissions for audits, and liaise with DevOps and engineering teams to embed robust controls across the technology stack.
You will develop dashboards and clear risk documentation, ensure SOX/ITGC/compliance alignment, and drive automation of manual controls in an agile environment. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
