IT Sales Support Coordinator

All Systems Go is looking for a motivated IT Sales Support Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in the Managed Services and IT industry while gaining experience in customer service, technology procurement, licensing, sales support, and service delivery.
As the first point of contact for many customers, you'll work with clients, suppliers, and our technical team to deliver outstanding service and help businesses make informed technology decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Relationship Management
Provide exceptional customer service and represent All Systems Go professionally.
Act as a primary contact for procurement, licensing, and service enquiries.
Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors.
Recommend suitable hardware, software, and licensing solutions.
Assist with technology lifecycle planning and hardware refreshes.
Manage Microsoft licensing renewals, upgrades, and subscription changes.
Maintain accurate customer, procurement, licensing, and asset records.
Sales & Procurement
Prepare quotations and product recommendations.
Source hardware and software from suppliers and distributors,
Manage procurement requests from enquiry through to delivery, and assist with the invoicing process
Assist with inventory management and stock control.
Service Desk Support
Receive and manage customer support requests.
Log, categorise, and assign tickets accurately.
Update customers on ticket progress.
Escalate issues to engineers when required.
Maintain accurate documentation within company systems.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is customer-focused, organised, motivated to learn, and passionate about technology. You may have experience in IT sales, procurement, customer service, service coordination, or technical support, or be looking to build on your IT studies.
Essential Requirements
NZQA qualification in Information Technology, Computer Systems, or studying towards a Level 5-7 qualification.
Full New Zealand Driver Licence.
New Zealand Residency, Permanent Residency, or valid work rights.
Strong communication, customer service, and organisational skills.
Technical Knowledge
Ideally, you'll have knowledge of:
Business desktops, laptops, printers, monitors, and peripherals.
Microsoft 365 products and licensing.
Networking and business IT environments.
IT procurement and asset management.
Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and related applications.
Personal Attributes

Strong communicator with attention to detail.
Reliable, proactive, and solutions-focused.
Adaptable and eager to learn.
Able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
