IT SAP FICO Supervisor
Summary
Supervises and supports the SAP FICO module for Daikin Indonesia's IT team: handles daily user support and issue resolution, writes functional specifications for customizations and reports, drives system improvements, and mentors engineering team members. Core technology is SAP FICO with integration to other SAP modules and external systems.
Qualifications (Skills & Competencies):
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FICO or at least 2 end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects as a Consultant.
Strong integration skills with other SAP modules and external systems.
SAP certification will be an advantage.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
Provide support for the SAP FICO module.
Develop functional specifications for system customizations and enhancements, including reports, data processing, and data loading.
Manage daily SAP FICO support activities, handle user requests, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Coordinate with end users and other teams to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
Initiate and implement system improvements for SAP FICO and related modules.
Supervise and guide engineering team members.
Develop the capabilities and competencies of engineering team members.
Delegate tasks and monitor team members' progress.
