IT Security Engineer (5 days shift work)

Working in our Security Operations Centre supporting cyber security managed services using our own proprietary product - “Network Box” for the SME market.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer's requests and troubleshooting.

• Perform support including call handling, follow-up action, coordination, and escalation.

• Perform security logs review, security settings, and apply the security patches to the security equipment.

• Configuration, monitor and maintenance the Network Box system.

• Perform security response tasks, eg. threat scanning signatures.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of SOC.

Requirements:

• You MUST be a Hong Kong resident and have the right to work here.

• Degree holder in IT/Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Experience of TCP/IP and Networking troubleshooting.

• Knowledge in Cyber Security and Unix/Linux an advantage.

• Self motivated and able to work independently.

• Strong sense of responsibility.

• At least 1 year of experience working in an information security-related capacity is preferred.

• Shift duty required on a rotating basis 7 days a week.

• Good communication skills in both English and Cantonese (written and spoken).

• Fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage.

• Fresh graduates will be considered.
