IT Security Engineer (OT)

Salary: $6k - $7500 p.m. + AWS + VB

The Opportunity:

• Permanent role
• Work location: East-West
• Work hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm

Adecco is partnering with recognised organisation and and they are looking for IT Security Engineer (OT) to join the Team! A great opportunity to work with the company who value diversity, lifelong learning and individual development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop secure system architectures incorporating access controls, encryption, authentication and compliance standards
• Design and deliver cybersecurity solutions that meet business, technical and regulatory requirements
• Assess and integrate COTS cybersecurity products into enterprise system architectures
• Work with engineering teams to implement, configure and integrate security solutions
• Perform security testing, vulnerability assessments and validation activities to ensure system resilience
• Resolve technical issues and provide cybersecurity support throughout deployment and operations
• Prepare technical documentation, implementation plans, SOPs and deliver cybersecurity training
• Manage customer engagement, project lifecycle, risk tracking and technical reporting activities

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, frameworks and security best practices
• Experienced with IAM, PAM, PIM, MFA, PKI, CA operations and digital certificate management
• Skilled in network security, monitoring, intrusion detection/prevention, and security operations
• Hands-on experience deploying and customizing COTS security solutions and system integrations
• Knowledge of SDLC, secure software development, system testing and validation processes
• Ability to design security solutions, translate requirements and support project delivery activities
• Experienced in risk management, troubleshooting, documentation, training and operational support

Requirements:

• Min 6 years of cybersecurity engineering experience with 1 year in support or system administration roles
• Strong expertise in cybersecurity domains, products and vendor solutions.
• Experience delivering cybersecurity solutions for Government sector
• Skilled in cybersecurity risk assessments, security standards and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, IM8, CCoP)
• Proficient in Windows/Linux administration, troubleshooting and system integration
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, networking protocols and network security methodologies
• Experience in solution validation, configuration management, ITSM and secure software development lifecycle
• Knowledge of OT, CII, cyber-physical systems
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, SSCP, Security+
