IT Security & Junior Odoo Specialist (In-House - Bali)

Salary: Rp 7.000.000 – Rp 10.500.000 per month

We are seeking a proactive and versatile IT Security & Junior Odoo Specialist to join our team in-house in Bali. In this hybrid role, you will safeguard our company's internal digital assets (endpoint security, employee security training, and network safety) while assisting in reviewing and customizing our Odoo ERP system (utilizing AI development tools to boost productivity).

### Key Responsibilities

#### 1. Internal Security & Systems Management

* Endpoint Safety: Configure, deploy, and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) / Endpoint Protection (EDR/Antivirus) across all company-owned laptops (macOS / Windows).

* Security Awareness & Phishing Tests: Design and execute internal phishing simulation tests, conduct security onboarding, and train team members on safe email and data handling practices.

* Access & Data Governance: Enforce password management policies, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and safe access protocols across cloud and local services.

* Incident Response & Auditing: Conduct periodic security audits, monitor logs for suspicious activity, and resolve system vulnerability risks.

#### 2. Odoo Security & Module Customization

* User Access Control: Set up and manage granular security settings, record rules, groups, and access rights within Odoo ERP.

* Custom Module Review & Development: Review existing/new custom Odoo modules for safety and efficiency. Write, adapt, and deploy custom Python modules (using AI development aids like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Cursor).

* System Health: Ensure seamless integration between custom security policies and overall ERP functionality.

### Key Requirements

* Experience: 1–3 years of experience in System Administration, IT Support/Security, or Junior Software Development.

* Python & Odoo: Basic understanding of Python programming and familiarity with Odoo framework/architecture (groups, views, models, access rights).

* Security Essentials: Practical understanding of endpoint security, network basics, phishing awareness platforms, and permission hierarchies.

* AI Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using AI tools (Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to accelerate code generation, review, and troubleshooting.

* Language: Conversational English and fluent Bahasa Indonesia.

* Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bali for an in-house role.
