This role focuses on delivering and implementing security-related products across infrastructure and systems, including configuration, testing, and maintenance support for security devices.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery and implementation of security-related products across IT infrastructure and systems to ensure successful project outcomes
- Configure, test, and maintain security devices to uphold system integrity and performance
- Apply expertise in Information Security Risk Management, Vulnerability Management, and security assessments to identify and mitigate risks
- Provide technical support by managing escalations, incidents, outages, and infrastructure challenges to minimize downtime
- Operate, manage, and support IT infrastructure and services to meet defined service levels and client expectations
- Ensure all project implementations and operational activities comply with client technology standards and policies
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CCSK certification or equivalent
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline
- Experience with cybersecurity technologies and tools including PAM (CyberArk), DAM (IBM Guardium, Imperva SecureSphere), SIEM (Splunk, IBM QRadar), Endpoint protection (Trend Micro, Carbon Black), and Vulnerability Assessment scanners
- Familiarity with IM8 policies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
