Fujitsu IT Security Manager/ BISO - EMEA

University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
C1 level of English, with fluent communication skills in international professional environments.
8–12 years of experience in IT and/or Cybersecurity, including at least 4–5 years in management roles.
Proven experience working with EMEA or global teams and clients.
Experience in cybersecurity service governance, risk management, compliance, incident management, and vulnerability management.
Experience managing SLAs/KPIs, reporting, escalations, capacity, service quality, and continuous improvement.
Experience in planning and managing projects and services, including RAID management, budgets, resources, suppliers, and dependencies.
Proven experience interacting with CISOs, CIOs, Security Managers, and business stakeholders.
Functional knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and services, including SOC, SIEM, XDR, SOAR, Threat Intelligence, and Incident Response (IR).
General understanding of technology architecture, cloud, IAM, endpoint security, and network security, without requiring deep technical expertise or acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Knowledge of security frameworks and standards, including ISO 27001/27002 and NIST CSF.
Knowledge of applicable regulations, particularly GDPR and NIS2.
CISM or CISSP professional certifications.
ISO 27001 and ITIL certifications or training.
