IT & Security Operational Engineer

We are looking for an IT & Security Operational Engineer to join our team in Noida, India. This hands-on operational role focuses on execution, remediation, and maintaining security hygiene across endpoints, assets, and platforms.

Primary goal: reduce backlog, close findings, keep systems compliant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for endpoint and security-related issues (Windows, macOS, Linux)
• Execute remediation tasks based on:

• • Vulnerability management findings
  • Security platform alerts (e.g., secrets exposure, misconfigurations)
  • Asset management gaps

• Deploy and maintain security tooling (EDR, agents, monitoring)
• Manage endpoint configuration, patching, and software deployment
• Operate Microsoft Intune (or equivalent):

• • Device compliance
  • Policy enforcement
  • Patch deployment

• Maintain asset inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Track and close remediation tasks with validation
• Follow runbooks and maintain operational documentation
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and R&D for issue resolution

Required Experience (5+ years)

• Hands-on experience with:

• • Windows, macOS, Linux administration
  • Endpoint management / Intune (or equivalent)

• Experience with:

• • Patch management and vulnerability remediation
  • Security tool deployment (EDR, scanners, agents)
  • Asset management concepts/tools

• Strong troubleshooting and execution capability

Nice to Have

• Exposure to AWS/Azure
• Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
• Familiarity with CI/CD or developer environments
