Relesys delivers a platform for employee communication, and every customer gets their own app in the App Store and Google Play. Today we have over 100 customer apps live, and new ones keep coming. As we grow, so does the need for a secure, well-run IT environment for our own colleagues.

We are looking for a systematic and curious IT student who wants hands-on experience in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company. In this role, you will work closely with our internal IT team to support colleagues, manage devices and access, and help protect our internal systems. You’ll work in a modern Microsoft cloud environment from day one, and there’s plenty of room to improve and automate our processes along the way.

This internship is ideal for someone who wants real responsibility, practical experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Defender, and to see their work make a real difference for colleagues across the company.

Responsibilities:

As our IT Security & Operations Intern, you'll work closely with our internal IT team, gaining hands-on experience with cloud technologies, cybersecurity and everyday IT operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting colleagues with technical issues, troubleshooting hardware, software and IT services.

• Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding, including device preparation, account setup and application access.

• Working with Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune to support identity management, endpoint security and device compliance.

• Helping investigate security alerts and potential vulnerabilities using tools such as Microsoft Defender.

• Contributing to IT security projects, including access reviews, SaaS security and improvements to existing processes.

• Exploring opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using scripting, APIs and other technologies.

• Supporting IT asset management, documentation and continuous improvements to our IT environment.

You'll also have the opportunity to take ownership of a technical improvement project during your internship.

Who are you?

• Currently studying IT Security, Computer Science, IT Technology, Software Development or a related field.

• Interested in cybersecurity, cloud technologies, networking and IT infrastructure.

• Curious, proactive and eager to gain practical experience in a real IT environment.

• Enjoy solving technical challenges and helping others.

• Structured, responsible and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

• You can work full-time during your internship

• You are not afraid to bring your ideas to the table and challenge the ordinary

• Good English skills, both verbal and written 🇬🇧

• You are located in or near Copenhagen as this internship is on-site 🇩🇰

Nice to have, but not required:

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID or Intune.

• Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux or networking.

• Experience with Python, PowerShell, scripting or REST APIs.

• Understanding of cybersecurity principles, authentication or endpoint security.

We're not expecting an expert! What matters most is curiosity, a willingness to learn and the motivation to contribute.
