IT Security Specialist (CaaS, Linux, over $50K)
Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 per month
Key responsibilities
Carry out tasks of capacity planning, monitoring of resource utilization, management of server certificates, system software patching, application deployment and technical architectural review
Coordinate with ERKS contractor and Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS) support team for arrangement of infrastructure resources and troubleshooting server problems
Review the security design of the ERKS
Review project deliverables, prepare management returns and provide support for project administration for ERKS
Carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
Higher Diploma / Degree in Computing or related subjects
At least 4 years experience in cloud infrastructure
Experience in setup, implementation, containerisation, performance tuning and management of applications and pods in CaaS or cloud computing environment
Experience in setup and maintenance of Grafana, Loki and Prometheus for system monitoring and logging
Experience in preparing or managing scripts for container deployment, task automation and troubleshooting
Experience in security design of web applications and secure code review
Solid technical knowledge on system infrastructure
Possess good communication skills
