**What we are looking for**
- **Education: **Bachelor’s degree in IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- **Experience**: Proven experience in IT security or a comparable role, ideally within a manufacturing environment
- **Technical Expertise**: Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows environments, enterprise anti-virus and endpoint security solutions, as well as of networks and servers
- **IT Tools & Security:** Experience with patch, vulnerability and user management, software deployment, Windows PC backup solutions, and related automation tools
- **ITIL & Project Management:** Knowledge of ITIL Service Management and process execution, combined with project management experience
- **Language Skills: **Good English communication skills (written and spoken), German is a plus
- **Willingness To Travel: **Approx. 30% to locations across Europe
**What you can expect**
- Manage and continuously improve vulnerability management across our European locations
- Operate relevant security and automation tools to identify, prioritize, track, and remediate vulnerabilities
- Plan and coordinate security-related changes and maintenance with internal business partners to ensure business continuity
- Perform preventive maintenance and monitor IT systems, resolving or escalating identified issues as required
- Implement and troubleshoot security-related changes and issues on Windows clients and servers and follow them through to resolution
- Ensure corporate IT security standards, processes, and policies are consistently implemented at local level
- Collaborate with Global and Local IT teams and business stakeholders and proactively identify opportunities to improve security and reduce risks
- Manage related projects, documentation, administrative tasks, and stakeholder communication as part of our international Global IT Operations Team
