IT Senior Engineer - OT 資深 IT 工程師（OT/智慧製造）

主要工作內容包括：
Shop Floor IT Support & Service Management
•Serve as the primary IT contact for manufacturing and shop floor users
•Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for OT-related incidents, service requests, and system issues
•Troubleshoot and resolve production-impacting issues involving OT systems, manufacturing applications, industrial networks, and connected equipment
•Coordinate with vendors, engineering teams, infrastructure teams, and application teams to ensure timely issue resolution
•Monitor OT system performance and proactively identify operational risks
•Develop and maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures
•Support business continuity by minimizing production downtime through effective issue management
•Participate in after-hours support and incident escalation processes as required

OT Systems Administration & Management
•Maintain and support OT infrastructure, industrial control systems, and manufacturing technology platforms
•Ensure availability, reliability, and performance of OT environments.
•Manage OT hardware and software lifecycle activities, including upgrades, patching, and replacement planning
•Maintain system configurations, technical documentation, and asset inventories
•Support implementation of OT standards, policies, and governance requirements

Manufacturing Systems & Application Integration
•Collaborate closely with the Application Team to support manufacturing-related systems and business processes
•Support integration between OT platforms and enterprise applications such as ERP, MES, WMS, QMS, and reporting platforms
•Facilitate data exchange between shop floor systems and enterprise solutions
•Gather and analyze business requirements related to manufacturing digitalization initiatives
•Support testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of manufacturing applications and integrations
•Assist in troubleshooting issues spanning OT environments and enterprise systems

Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Collaboration
•Partner with Infrastructure teams to co-manage IT Infrastructure supporting manufacturing operations, maintain secure and resilient OT networks and environments as well as ensuring stable, secure, and efficient OT/IT services
•Support industrial network administration, connectivity, and performance optimization
•Collaborate with Cybersecurity teams to implement OT security controls and risk mitigation measures
•Participate in vulnerability assessments, security audits, and remediation activities.
•Support backup, recovery, patch management, and disaster recovery planning for OT systems
•Ensure compliance with corporate cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements

Industrial Automation & Equipment Connectivity
•Assist engineering teams in diagnosing automation and equipment integration issues
•Coordinate with equipment suppliers and system integrators to resolve technical problems
•Support onboarding of new manufacturing equipment and connectivity initiatives
•Maintain interfaces between automation systems and enterprise applications

Smart Manufacturing & Digital Transformation
•Participate in Smart Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, and Industrial IoT (IIoT) initiatives
•Drive machine connectivity, manufacturing data acquisition, and operational visibility projects
•Support implementation of advanced analytics, AI, and predictive maintenance initiatives through OT data enablement
•Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to manufacturing operations
•Contribute to the organization's digital transformation roadmap and continuous improvement efforts

Project & Vendor Management
•Lead and support OT-related infrastructure, application, and manufacturing technology projects
•Manage project documentation, schedules, risks, and issue tracking
•Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to service expectations
•Support budgeting, procurement, and technology evaluation activities
