IT Server Support Engineer

Work Location: 2 Changi Business Park Cres
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)
Basic Salary: $4,500 - $5,500 (subject to experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Install and perform basic setup of Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
• Assist with application, system, and data migration, including post-migration verification.
• Perform physical server racking, power and network cabling, and basic hardware replacement (e.g. RAM and SSD).
• Conduct routine on-site server checks and first-line troubleshooting for system and hardware alerts.
• Support server maintenance and ensure systems operate smoothly.

Job Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
• Familiarity with server hardware, networking, and cabling.
• Willingness to perform hands-on, on-site technical support.
• Able to troubleshoot basic hardware and system issues.
