IT Service Delivery & Projects Manager

About the role

We are selecting an IT Service Delivery & Projects Manager (H/M/X) to join a final client directly, located in Getafe (Madrid).

What you'll do

• Management and monitoring of IT services (applications area), SLA control, KPIs, and reporting to the business.
• Relationship with Vendors: liaison, monitoring of deliveries, budget control, and service quality evaluation.
• Technical coordination. Planning and prioritization of technical and functional evolutions.
• Continuous improvement: definition of improvement actions for services, review of SLAs, preparation of reports, and action plans.
• Business support: requirement gathering, functional analysis, and prioritization of needs with different areas.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar.
• At least 3-5 years of experience performing IT service management, projects, or technology consulting functions.
• Previous experience in development, databases, or web environments (Java, CRM, ERP, Salesforce, etc.).
• Functional analysis capacity and fluid relationship with business users.
• Experience in vendor management and SLA control.
• An autonomous, proactive, and decisive person with strong communication skills.
