IT Service Delivery Support Specialist

AECOM seeks an IT Service Delivery Support Specialist to join our Corporate IT team based in Santiago de Chile.

The IT Service Delivery Support Specialist will ensure our customers’ needs and expectations are properly understood. The role is expected to have the knowledge and experience to function as a ‘trusted’ partner to the AECOM business.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Support all the PCs onsite in the Chile office.
• Support other colleagues who will be working in the field remotely
• Take direction from the AMER IT Service Delivery Manager
• Provide day-to-day IT Service Delivery services for the Santiago de Chile office:
  • New Hire PC Demand Management
  • New Hire Deployment and support
  • PC Refresh
  • Asset Retrieval for leavers
  • Software Installs
  • Hardware Break Fix issues
  • Asset Returns/Disposals

• Ensure proper inventory management of assets within the office and update in
• ServiceNow
• Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure of tickets.
• Report back on regional issues and challenges to the IT Service Delivery manager.
• Support ongoing and new IT projects.
• Ensure current ITSM processes are being followed.
• Track and optimize the Onboarding, Offboarding and PC Refresh processes.
• Document and communicate processes, procedures, and standards.
• Ensure knowledge articles, training and how-to documents are created.
• Identify opportunities for improvement within the region.

Minimum requirements:

• HS + 10 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
• English/Spanish proficiency.
