IT Service Desk Administrator (Fót)

We are looking for a customer-focused and technically capable IT Service Desk Administrator to join our IT Service Desk team in Fót.
This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of IT support or administration experience who is ready to take ownership of end-user services within a modern Microsoft-based enterprise environment. As the primary IT Service Desk presence in Hungary, you will provide hands-on technical support to local colleagues while working closely with international IT teams across Europe.
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional end-user support, administering core Microsoft technologies, managing the lifecycle of IT assets, and ensuring users receive a professional and consistent IT experience. Alongside day-to-day operational support, you will contribute to Service Desk initiatives, documentation, continuous improvement activities and regional projects.

Responsibilities
End User Support- Provide technical support for end users across hardware, software and business applications.
- Diagnose and resolve incidents and service requests through defined IT Service Management processes.
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Administer Microsoft 365 services including user accounts, licensing and collaboration tools.
- Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) administration.
- Manage user access, group memberships and Multi-Factor Authentication.
- Assist with Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams administration.
- Support standard Active Directory administration.
- Configure, deploy and support Windows 11 and macOS devices.
- Support Microsoft Intune and Jamf device management platforms.
- Prepare, configure and maintain laptops and mobile devices.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of end-user devices from deployment through retirement.
- Maintain accurate asset records.
- Perform stock management and asset audits.
- Provide hands-on desk-side support.
- Support meeting room technology and conferencing systems.
- Support printers and end-user peripherals.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
Requirements
- 1–3 years' experience in an IT Service Desk, IT Support or IT Administrator role
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments
- Experience administering Microsoft 365
- Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
- Experience supporting desktop and mobile devices
- Knowledge of Windows 11 and macOS
- Experience with Microsoft Intune or Jamf
- Understanding of IT asset management
- Experience using an ITSM platform (Jira Service Management advantageous)
- Professional working proficiency in English and Hungarian
