  • Supporting IT onboarding and offboarding for employees

  • Escalating complex technical issues and working with the IT Systems Engineer to resolve them

  • Maintaining IT documentation, asset registers and support procedures

  • Supporting IT security practices and identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes

About You

We're looking for someone who is approachable, organised and enjoys helping people, with the technical skills to confidently manage day-to-day IT support.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an IT service desk or technical support role

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365

  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (or Active Directory), user administration and MFA

  • Experience using IT ticketing and service management systems

  • Sound understanding of basic networking, including Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS and DHCP

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users

  • A proactive, practical approach to problem-solving

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop

  • A current driver's licence and willingness to occasionally travel to project sites

Experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, PowerShell or IT support within the construction or engineering industry would be highly regarded but is not essential.
