IT Service Desk Engineer (Office Hours | $2,800 + Completion Bonus)

Salary: $2,500 – $2,800 per month

📅 Duration: 6 months
🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
💰 Salary: $2,800/month basic + 0.5 Completion Bonus

💻 Job Responsibilities

• Provide 1st-level IT helpdesk support via calls and emails

• Handle onsite IT support, service requests and troubleshooting

• Log, track and follow up on incidents until resolution

• Escalate unresolved issues to 2nd/3rd-level support teams

• Assist with account setup and network configuration

• Support hardware setup for end users

• Manage and prioritize multiple incidents/requests

• Follow up with users to ensure issues are fully resolved

• Prepare technical notes and documentation for future reference

• Participate in customer IT projects

• Handle other ad-hoc IT duties as assigned

👤 Requirements

• Graduate with relevant IT / Business IT / Computer-related studies

• Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided

• Preferably 0–2 years of IT Service Desk / Helpdesk experience
