💻 IT SERVICE DESK SUPPORT ENGINEER | 1-YEAR CONTRACT
📍 Location: Depot Road
💰 Salary: Up to $3,300/month
⏰ Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM( Mon - Fri)
🔧 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide first-level IT service desk support to users
Attend to IT enquiries, incidents and technical issues
Troubleshoot hardware, software and network-related issues
Perform basic system checks and resolve technical issues
Log, track and update incidents in the service desk system
Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant technical teams
Follow IT procedures, SOPs and service level requirements
Provide remote or on-site support when required
Participate in the 24/7 duty phone rotation
Perform other IT support duties as assigned
✅ REQUIREMENTS
IT-related Diploma / Nitec / Higher Nitec preferred
Previous IT helpdesk, service desk or desktop support experience preferred
Good troubleshooting and communication skills
Basic knowledge of Windows, hardware and software
Able to work independently and handle user issues professionally
Willing to take up the 24/7 duty phone on a rotational basis
