IT Service Engineer (System Administrator)
Salary: $4,000 – $5,000 per month
About the role
We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Officer to manage and support the organization's Microsoft 365 environment, IT infrastructure, and end-user computing services. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining secure, reliable, and efficient IT operations while providing technical support across the business.
Key responsibilities
Administer, configure, and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive
Manage Active Directory user accounts, access controls, and security policies
Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 security and compliance solutions, including MFA, Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender, and DLP
Support and maintain network infrastructure, firewalls, and VPN connectivity
Provide desktop and end-user support for Windows devices, Microsoft Office applications, printers, and peripherals
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize server, network, and endpoint performance
Support Microsoft 365 deployments, migrations, and tenant administration activities
About you
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or cybersecurity support
Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive
Good knowledge of Active Directory, networking, firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint management
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security technologies such as MFA, Conditional Access, Defender, and DLP
