IT Service Support Executive

BHIRAJ BURI GROUP is looking for an experienced IT Service Support Executive to provide end-user support and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and IT devices while delivering excellent service to employees and executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote IT support for employees and executives.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows OS, Microsoft 365, printers, and other IT equipment.

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, notebooks, software, and peripheral devices.

• Prepare and support IT equipment for new hires, employee transfers, and offboarding.

• Manage incidents and service requests through the IT ticketing system while meeting service levels (SLA).

• Escalate complex technical issues to Infrastructure, System Administration, Application teams, or external vendors.

• Support meeting room technology, video conferencing equipment, and company events.

• Travel to company sites to provide IT support when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in IT Service Support, IT Helpdesk, IT Service Desk, or End User Support.

• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, hardware, software, printers, and basic networking.

• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, IT Service Management, Ticketing Systems, and Remote Support tools.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and customer service skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.

• Able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and travel to company sites when required.

• Basic knowledge or experience in supporting POS systems and related devices is an advantage.
