Salary: Up to £47,000 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends

Your Role:

  • you will be supporting adherence to information security controls, monitoring compliance data, reporting exceptions and tracking remediation activities.

  • you will be representing information technology services to stakeholders and customers, adapting communication to suit different audiences.

  • you will be owning and improving information technology processes, ensuring documentation is current and customer-focused solutions are developed.

  • you will be managing asset inventories, planning device replacements and providing forecasts to support budgeting.

  • you will be conducting service reviews, producing performance dashboards and increasing visibility of service delivery.

  • you will be supporting service improvement plans and assisting the Head of Information Technology in driving team priorities and customer experience improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualifications: You will have strong technical experience and the ability to work effectively within information technology service environments.

  • Experience: You will have demonstrable experience in information technology service delivery management, compiling management reports, project management, customer service and office administration.

  • Skills: You will have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, strong planning, problem solving and organisational abilities, a thorough understanding of business processes, and experience supporting and implementing information technology projects.
