- 10 Years IT support experience
- MCSE, M365 or Azure Certified or similar experience.
- 5-10 Years IT Management Experience
- Drivers license and own transport
Knowledge
- Windows Server and Workstation experience. Solid understanding of Windows Active Directory
- and Windows Networking
- Ability to support Microsoft Office products and Office 365 products
- Good understanding of business and business requirements
