Your Role
With a healthy pipeline of projects, we are looking for a passionate and driven professional to join our team. Reporting to the IT Business Applications Manager, the IT Software Developer will focus on providing technical support to the development and implementation of specified updates, and enhancements for The Five Group’s Job tracking and management system (Dynamics and other software).
You will:
Develop, maintain, support and upgrade Dynamics 365 and other software.
Demonstrate a clear understanding of stated requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Work with system architect and IT Developers to design and deliver effective solutions.
Liaise with stakeholders regularly.
Maintain and enhance existing solutions to uphold and improve system functionality.
Realise business and process analysis relating to system requirements.
Document and develop test-cases for functionality validation.
Work within structured project management, development management and service delivery frameworks to meet agreed deadlines.
Other duties as required.
What You'll Bring
We are on the lookout for a team player with a can-do attitude, a strong customer-focused attitude who has demonstrated experience in the following:
Essential: Microsoft Dynamics 365/PowerApps experience with full lifecycle implementation expertise.
2-3+ years' experience in a similar role or relevant IT qualification.
Strong technical skills across JavaScript, JSON, C#, .NET, ASP.NET, Azure, Microsoft 365, Power BI, DevOps, CI/CD, and Power Platform solutions.
Experience with Git repositories, Dynamics customisation, and solution development.
Excellent customer service, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
Highly regarded: Office 365, Agile/Scrum, modern JavaScript frameworks, JSON/REST, SOAP, SQL, and OData.
