Job Description

The following are the responsibilities of the Intern:-
- Help to gather detail requirements from the users or IT Stakeholder
- Analysis and provide recommendation of the solutions and tools to the requirements
- Design and document the design of the system
- Implement and Develop the system based on the design and recommended tools.
- Fix UAT bugs and amendment
- Documentation of user guide and system guide

Job Requirements

Data Fabric/Data Lake
Study the current Data Fabric and Data Lake created by the team. Analysis on the current setup and investigate on the improvement and expension of the Data Lake to other part of the organization. Setup and implement the solution based on the solution. Start with the POC with the expansion.

ChatBot Expension
Study the current ChatBot system and understand how the current ChatBot works. Analysis on the ChatBot and how to include AI factor into the ChatBox. Provide suggestion on the improvement and how to include the AI component into ChatBot system. Setup and implement the improvement into the current ChatBot system. Test and document the new procedure and user guide.

iProfile Extension
Design and Develop application to interface into iProfile. The application could be a batch job or a frontend tool to enable users to upload files or input data to update information in iProfile. Intern will need to gather requirements from the stakeholder and then design and develop interfaces to update data in iProfile system.

eSponsorship Revamp
Upgrade of technology from the .net application to the newer techology. Intern will need to study the current system workflow and gather new requirements from the users. He/she will need to do analysis and do recommendation of the system with the help of the mentor. The intern will then need to develop the system and support the UAT. The intern will need to come out with the user guide after the development.
