Salary: Rp 6.000.000 – Rp 8.000.000 per month
PERSOL Indonesia is currently looking for IT professionals to join our client, a manufacturing company in East Java. We welcome candidates with backgrounds in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Information Systems.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and improve existing software applications and systems.
Write, test, debug, and optimize clean and efficient code.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for system improvements.
Gather and analyze user requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Coordinate with internal users and IT teams to ensure systems support business operations.
Support system implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Willing to be placed in Lamongan or Ngoro, Mojokerto, East Java.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems.
Fresh graduates are welcome for Business Analyst roles; candidates with up to 3 years of experience are preferred for Software Engineer roles.
Software Engineer candidates must have strong programming and coding skills.
Business Analyst candidates should have good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Understanding of software development processes and business systems.
