IT Software Engineer
Summary
Provide second-tier IT support, troubleshoot application/database/system issues, and train users for a high-tech manufacturer of optical fiber and cables.
- Provide technical and functional support for applications, databases, systems
- Handle requests and incidents related to applications, databases, systems
- Analyze and resolve system bugs/errors from the user's side
- Monitor applications, databases, systems to keep them running optimally
- Provide training for end users regarding the use of new applications or changes in features and versions
- Provide second tier of technical support to users
- Work closely with other teams to resolve IT incidents or projects
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information System, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Have experience in IT Staff, IT Support or IT Software at least 2 years
- Good in English
