IT Software Server Engineer(資深伺服器工程師)

【Position Summary】
The Senior Server Engineer is responsible for managing server infrastructure, ensuring the availability, security, performance, and recoverability of critical manufacturing and business systems.
The role collaborates with application owners, Network Security, BIS, vendors, and global IT teams on incidents, infrastructure projects, and change management while maintaining production stability and compliance with corporate IT standards, security policies, audit requirements, and RPO/RTO objectives.

【Job Description】
1. Administer Windows Server and Linux/Unix systems, including installation,
configuration, patching, upgrades, troubleshooting, performance tuning.
2. Manage Active Directory services, DNS, Group Policy, user and service accounts,
permissions, authentication, and Windows file and print services.
3. Administer Linux services and configurations, including systemd, cron, package
management, file systems, permissions, sudo, SSH, shell scripts.
4. Operate shared file and data-transfer services such as NAS, NFS, Samba, FTP, and
SFTP, including access control, capacity management, and issue resolution.
5. Operate VMware vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi environments, including HA,
vMotion, VM provisioning, templates, snapshots, consolidation,
resource allocation, host maintenance, and virtual-machine lifecycle management.
