IT Solution Architect ( Oracle Cloud )

Ichor has successfully implemented Oracle Cloud ERP globally and is now seeking a key team

member to support and enhance the system. This role offers an opportunity to work on day-to-day

operations, system improvements and ongoing optimizations ensuring the platform continues to meet

evolving business needs.

The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud, along with strong

analytical skills, leadership abilities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional business and IT

teams. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential for engaging with business

owners and ensuring smooth operations.


• Provide expert Oracle ERP functional support by collaborating with business leads and

stakeholders, ensuring ongoing system maintenance, troubleshooting, configuration updates,

data analysis, and process optimizations.

• Lead testing efforts for new features, enhancements, and system upgrades to maintain

seamless business operations.

• Serve as a key liaison in translating business objectives and requirements into functional

solutions.

• Analyze, document, and refine functional specifications while conducting thorough testing and

debugging to support enterprise applications and reporting.

• Work closely with the IT team to execute projects and provide ongoing support for existing

functionalities.

• Lead brainstorming sessions to identify opportunities for process improvements and drive

efficiencies.

• Contribute to project estimation, design reviews, and strategic planning efforts.

As an Oracle Solution Architect, you will be responsible for supporting and continuously enhancing

Oracle Cloud ERP to meet evolving business needs.


Desired Skills & Experience:

• 7-8 years of relevant experience in Oracle Cloud ERP.

• Strong project management, interpersonal, and communication skills with keen attention to

detail.

• Hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP is required, with strong functional knowledge and

experience across Oracle Supply Chain modules including Supply Chain Planning, Inventory

Management and Manufacturing.

• Experience with business processes in discrete manufacturing is highly desirable.

• Must stay current with Oracle quarterly releases, effectively communicating updates and

training business users to maximize benefits and drive operational efficiencies.

• Working knowledge of the Cloud ERP security model is required.

• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience.
